It created a sequel that blew away the original Diablo, while also creating incredible strategy games like Warcraft and Starcraft. When Diablo was released in 2000, Blizzard was at its apex. That's not the only thing that's lost its charm. That need to hunt down better gear has become such a staple in subsequent games that it's worn out its charm for me. The point of the game went from trying to stop Diablo to getting the most epic loot possible.

Three, most of these skins are objectively terrible and low effort so even if they were being “churned out” right now, it’s not taking up much development time, lol. Two, these skins were likely designed and created years ago, probably as part of the initial development and were then taken out of the main game to be separately monetized. One, the people in charge of maintaining the game and creating new content are not the same as those who work in the art department that makes these. Every person buying these skins willingly follows down the road of utter greed that Blizzard intends to walk.Ī few points. You know what, this community deserves this spit in the face. The game is lacking content left and right, it feels like they scrapped Tier 5 entirely from launch, dalyed vital patches/balancing for no good reason, but they are capable of hammering out those overpriced skins every week?
